DIRECTIONS FOR BUFFALO BAY RAMP

HELLO, DOES ANYBODY HAVE DIRECTIONS FROM WARROAD BY ROAD TO THE BOAT RAMP ON THE VERY NORTH SIDE OF BUFFALO BAY, BETWEEN BIRCH POINT AND THE SNAG HOLE. MANITOBA

Birch point is where you launch from.<BR>Take 308 north out of sprague. About 19-20 miles. Turn right on Moose lake road, and follow it all the way to the end. Snag hole will be down the shoreline to your left.

Having been there several times in the winter, it looks to be a bit rocky in the area, hows the depth and area for launching larger boats, 22'I/O? is it realy shallow for a ways? are the hazards marked? thanks!

Minnman:<P>With the low water levels, don't even try it.<BR>You will wreck stuff. If there is any wind at all from the east it will be a hazard to try and get any boat into that harbor.<P>Use the launch at BB marina, they will have the channel dredged out well. A much better place for larger boats.
