Driving on WFC?

Haven't been up since New Year's. Are folks driving on the chain now? Thinking mainly of Cross or WF.

the last time I was up was on 1/17 and there were vehicles driving on cross lake

I drive by Cross everyday and have not seen a vehicle yet and very few houses. However, driving on area lakes has become much easier. The snow is very compact now.

Last time up it was strictly snowmobiles or chained up 4 wheelers but I bet the warm weather has the snow beat down.

You should be able to get around now pretty good, we did run into slush pockets all over the place.

Guys were driving onto Big Trout but not going to far.

on 1/17 I was snowmobiling across Cross and there were vehicles driving out by the state campground and across the lake on the humps on the west side of the lake....trucks with wheelhouses on the west side.......not sure where they were coming from but I know I saw them driving around as I thought about driving out of the south access to the spot they were but was catching fish on another lake so I didn't go on Cross.
