We are looking at renting a shack on upper red but the websites keep saying prices like $200/day. is that per person or total???

My experience up there would be that $200 would be for the sleeper for the night. It is usually around $50- $60 per person per night. Some places charge a flat rate for the rental, and others per person.

Yes most sleepers average out to 50-70 clams per person per night.

Basicaly same as a cheaper motel/hotel room only this one you get to catch fish through the floor.

Yep, after several year of renting sleepers on Red Lake from John and Kelly my kids love it. Gotta love it when the kids would rather see rattel reels inside a sleeper instead of a pool in a Hotel that cost $90-110 bucks a night laugh
