Questions on where to go tomorrow!!

Recommended Posts

Hey all, I am taking my wife out tomorrow for her first time this year. I am leaning towards buffalo right now, I am just wondering if getting around on the lake is pretty easy right now. We will be heading out in the afternoon and fishing well into the night, on buffalo I know that I have a chance at catching fish at night. I would like to get on a spot where she will catch some fish, but I also do not like to set-up in the middle of the crowds. I was thinking of heading out of the park access on the east side I believe, and heading straight out to the crowd of people but staying on the outside of them. Anyone have any suggestions or other spots to try? Is there a nice road going out from tha access?

I appreciate any help or suggestions.

You picked a good lake to take your wife fishing. Should be easy to put her on some crappies action right now. 18 - 20 fow on just about any break should work. Good luck.

Yes, easy lake to go catch some fish for action, but if you don't like fishing around crowds, this is not the lake for you. I have never seen so many people on that lake ever as there is now. If you do happen to get a decent spot away from the herds of houses, you won't be alone for long out there. There are some decent roads out for there travel, so you'll be ok there. You see exactly what I'm talking about when you get to the lake. Good luck!
