What are these tracks?

I don't know what that would be, it's tough to tell with the picture. I'd don't think it's an otter unless there are tracks within a set of tracks, which is unlikely since they mirror each other pretty well. When I see an otter slide it's feet are tucked in, not out to the side. A porky will drag it's tail but it will be more side to side and the feet won't be that far apart.

Maybe it's a Hodag from over by Rhinelander, WI.

I totally agree not an otter (no foot prints/nails what so ever.Something mechanical>Just to perfectly spaced and weighted to be animal.At second glance the photo is so poor it could be anything.(Circus monkey on a high-tech unicycle?)c63

Sure does resemble an otter on it's belly doing the breast stroke ....but geesh, that pattern is unbroken and the feet should be further apart....something not quite right there!...oh well.....Back to the last extinct 52 pound snow centipede!(Jurassic era)....apparently there's still one roaming the snow covered regions of Minnesota

I think they've evolved into the more commonly known Snow Snake.

its the abomitable snow man. i saw thoes tracks in my back yard last winter and when i followed them i found they lead to a big pine tree with the fluffy white guy sleeping under it.
