you could have a $300.00 knife....if ya dont have a clue how to use it not gonna do any good. kinda like a boat..........a $90,000.00 boat aint gonna catch ya more fish. oh and

I do it the second way. That’s how I learned and what I’m comfortable with. And I take my time - probably too much time in many peoples eyes. But when I’m done the carcass looks like a G Loomis log
