christmas lake

Iv been reading alot about christmas lake on here is it a safe lake to drive out on, or is there alot of springs and things like that to watch out for? t sounds like an interesting lake to try fishing. Seems like everbody is fishing awful shallow for sunnys and crappies this time of year.

Yes there are springs in the lake. I personally would not be driving on this lake yet due to the ice thickness varing from 12-15" in spots from what I measured on Sun. Plus with the Ice & Water being so Clear Vehicle Traffic on the ice will really Spook the Fish being that there is no Snow cover on this lake.
