Walleyes came to my new glo-devils readily tonight--iced one but missed two, one when I tinkered with the drag on a big fish--dumb--and the second when I set the hook too hard. So a walleye of unknown size now wears my 1/4 ounce perch glow-devil. I think I saw the fish give me the fin as he swam out of vexilar-range. I'm convinced. This was in CENSORED bay just about CENSORED from the access, at GPS coordinates CENSORED W, CENSORED N. Ha ha. Brown's bay, 16 feet of water. No flags on my tipup. People driving out, though not me.

My Dad and I have caught around 15 on the perch 1/8 glow devil on tonka this season. Tried Breezy point tonight and got three walleyes, but only one was on the glow devil, two on tip-ups. There's a ten pound northern swimming around Wayzata Bay with my other 1/8 perch glow devil. It also broke my pole. It's pretty cool to see a pike nail a spoon on the camera.
