Fished Coon lake This morning, 1 decent nothern and lots of real small bites....
Ice, 4-5 inches.

I just got back from Fishing Coon I sat out there from about 10am to about 3pm and only one fish but the frustrateing thing is that all the people that were around me were catching fish left and right I couldnt buy a fish, my only explination could be the rig that I was using it was a quick set rig I talk to the guys next to me and they were just using a single hook and just knocking them dead he said they went through and 3 doz minnow and they were there before me but anyways thats my report for the day

was also on Coon Sunday, only had 1 1/2 hrs to spare, one decent northern to show for it. was fishing the east side of the channel. saw lots of folks to the southwest of channel...

Went out on Coon yesterday from 1:00 - 5:00 with another guy from work. We put 8 northerns on the ice and missed another 3-4 flags. Fishing with crappie minnows on tip ups in about 7 - 10 foot of water right off the access... Ice is 8" - 10"...
