Anyone have any current fishing reports from the Oak Island area or Garden Island area? I'm heading up to Oak on Wednesday. Thanks in advance.

Was up there all weekend, mostly fished the Canada side but was in the lodge @ Oak Sat. night. They said they were still getting a bunch of fish. The bite slowed up a bit on Sunday when that weather system moved in but Saturday we put the hurt on em' pretty good!! \:D If your traveling up there on your own I would try to call ahead for trail condtions as the pressure ridges were a little difficult on the way back yesterday (besides it being a white out!!!) With the warmer weather this past weekend and the wind and the addtional snow, the ice moved around a bit and made some of the crossings well.....difficult.
