Snow depth

I am curious how much snow is on the lake? Is it easy to move around on the lake? Or are you only able to get around on the roads? Is a snowmobile a necessity?

Any information would be appreciated.

I did some "bahaing" with the 4 wheel drive this week, watch the drifts and bring a shovel with but other than doing a bit of shoveling if you get in a drift it shouldn't be too big of problem cruising around with the truck. Depends what you drive, the ford had no problem but my buddies chevy needed some help:)

Bring a "hard" shovel, plastic you'll be sorry. Sunny days you can avoid the big ones, but when the light gets flat, it gets tricky.
