Fishin in Slop

Just got back from Leech and spent some time on some smaller lakes in the area and can testify that there not much better when it comes to slush and ice conditions. We were on Welsh, Crooked, Steamboat and about 6" of slush. Go figure last year were sitting in rain on nye and this year were sitting in water trying to fish. Very uneasy feeling sloshing around in slush/water that deep!! Skip the fishing and bring the sleds!!!!!!!!!!!
