Go to your profile editor here, and it is called an avatar or display image. You need to make a picture small enough for the guidelines, and then put it on one of the photo hosting websites. After you get it on one of the hosting sites, you can get the url for the picture and paste it into the box on your fm profile for the display image. Then it pops up when you post.
