Chester 12-20-07

Hit Chester Woods for a few hours last night. Ended up fishing in about 30ft of water. We found Crappies scattered all up and down the Vex. Fish were tough to bring in too. All C&R.

Ice was 7 inches everywhere we went.

Has anyone ever had any luck fishing way in the back corner in the middle of all those tree's?

If someone would drop me off from a helicopter I would try fishing back there. That's a haul! I fished Wednesday night at the end of the 1st finger for a few hours with a half dozen crappies and a solo gill, all still swimming.
