going to low, suggestions

I'm heading up to LOW on thurs and fishing out of a resorts house. wondering if I should take my portable up with me or if I will be fine fishing in the houses they have. any info you have will be greatly appreciated.

If the fish are biting where your house is, you will be fine. If they are not, but the resort is willing to move you, you shold be ok. If its slow and you can't get moved, a portable may be a good idea. Check with the resort to see if that is "kosher".

We learned last year that if your fishing in 25 or so feet of water during the day and doing alright, we then moved in shallow before dark with the portables and just nailed em, seemed to work ever since... Maybe just lucky I dont know.
