sleeper fish house questions

Hey guys i am currently building a sleeper fish house and was wondering what everybody does for floor insulation or if you even have any? Also what does a 14,16 or 18 foot sleeper weigh??

pink or blue foam, 1.5" thick is what's in mine, sandwiched between two layers of green treated plywood.

If you can find a place that will do it, some of the good professional houses have the sprayed in expanding foam insulation. A lot of times this will be exposed to the bottom elements, which will keep you from having to put down another layer of plywood.
