Coon Lake

Fished Coon Friday evening and caugth lots of sunfish and bass, was wondering if anyone ever gets crappies in the shallow bay in the western basin? Or should I continue to concentrate on the Eastern side.

I fished that bay last year when temp was 49-52 or so. Had a blast. Mostly small but an occasional bigger one. Fish the bigger chunks of dead clumps away from shore for the bigger ones. They went until it started getting weedy. Good luck and let me know. I just moved to Andover and am having trouble getting out much. To much needs to be done before opener.
