How much rain did you get 9-18?

Heard that the arrowhead region got a soaking yesterday. Any big numbers coming in that would give reason for more people to come hit the rivers?

In the last two days its reported as much as 8" in some areas. Here at home its more like 3 or 4".

Is that enough rain to start bringing more pinks into the rivers? What effect if any will this have on the lakers this time of year?

Our rivers are marginal for salmon. They usually stage out fount of the mouths till theres enough flow for them to run. Often turning black in the lake as they wait. So when we get rain this time of year you can bet theres salmon waiting and ready to run.

This really won't have any effect on the Lake Trout. If there was any it be food washed down the river an into the lake or maybe some stained water to loaf in.
