Belle Taine

I have a co-worker who is going up to Belle Taine tomorrow to visit some relatives. The relatives have asked him to teach them how to catch walleyes. What is the walleye action like up there right now? Any tips?

Also, any recommendations for other species?

I was out thre three nights ago. The walleyes were hanging tuff. I caught 6 slimmers and a couple of nice bass. I couldn't get the eyes to cooperate. I have a buddy that hit the lake a 0500 in the morning and caught a few walleyes. He used crawlers and worked the weedline.
