i have fished maz creek more than any other stream. My personal favorite. Best spots i would start in the spots that are eased and just keep walking. WHole stream is good though.

What type of fish are in Mazeppa Creek?

Have looked at Mazeppa as well as N. Fork of Zumbro on DNR map before. They don't show any easements, so two questions.

1) Are you aware of some legal easements?

2) Where could one find a map of them?

there are a couple of spots that are not eased on the map but land owners have considered it eased and have even put up ladders and such to help you out. One is off of Country rd 1 heading towards belchester and the other is hwy 60 just east of mazeppa where it hits cty road 7. those are the only 2 i know of but again where it dumps into the zum is also a spot that is littered with fisherman and in my mind is considered by the land owner eased. So i guess 3 spots. Remember even though it is a catch and keep stream that the browns that are in there are all wild trout non stocked so they are precious.
