Monday the 11th ideas?

I, along with one brother, a nephew and my oldest son who is 10, are heading to Mille Lacs tomorrow (Monday the 11th) to give it a try for the first time. With southerly winds predicted in the mid teens, we plan on staying near the south end. What are good places to launch on that end and what type of structure should we target? Also, what techniques are good at that time of day? We will probably start around 4:30 pm and fish until 10 pm or so.

At Hunter Winfield's we can launch upto 30 footers easily. $10 access fee.

It's been best to target mud and gravel, 22-28 FOW on reefs such as Otto's, 2nd reef off Izaty's, Hennepin and Spirit Islands or Graveyard... leechs and slips at night w/ red or pink hooks.
