My goal is to provide a fun and memorable fishing experience, and of course, teach you how to put fish in the boat or on the ice. I have 28 years of experience between Big Winnie and Leech lake. Fishing has been nothing short of fantastic especially on Winnie. Or how about trying your luck on Lake Minnetonka or Eagle Lake just to name a couple of Metro Lakes.

In town on business or visiting and you want to wet a line? Instead of sitting in a hotel room watching a fishing show, why not got out and try it? I take people of all ages regardless of experience. I will make your trip an educational one, explaining different presentations rather than just telling you where to put your line.

What you should bring:
• Cooler with food and drink
• Fishing license
• Rain suit if larger than XL
• Camera (I do keep one on the boat)
• Of course you're welcome to bring your own rods and tackle if you choose but I do have everything.

Equipment:

 

• You will be comfortably fishing out of a 2000 Yar-Craft 1895 Storm BT powered by a 90 Honda. The boat is equipped with Pinpoint, Lowrance electronics along with a marine radio and GPS.
• Quality Berkley fishing rods with  Abu Garcia reels
• Rain suits and life jackets.

Terry can provide shore lunch upon pre-arranged request, provided the fish cooperate. There is a small charge for this service but it's well worth it.

Starts after the Minnesota fishing opener to nearly freeze-up. Ice fishing trips are also available. Reservations are scheduled on the calendar upon receipt of your 50 percent deposit. Deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is given 14 days prior to the scheduled trip.

Equipment provided:

Frabill portable ice shaks with heaters, rods and reels, tip ups, bait.

Soft Water Season Special:
Monday through Thursday approx. after 5:00 pm on Twin City Area Lakes
$35.00 per hour for up to two people. Three hour minimum.
