need advice on small waters for small inflatable boat

had to sell the 18.5 nitro nx882...stuck with a 9ft inflatable boat..lol anyways, just lookin for a smaller safe lake that has possibilites to produce decent fish. any advice would be greatly helpfull. thanks fellow anglers!
