I finally made it out...first time since opener.

Thanks Jason for the info.

I hit Holman's point for about an hour before the wind picked up.

Hit a 16" eye and read some others. Fish were well scattered and most were 2-3' off bottom.

Once the wind picked up I decided to find a tucked away spot down the shore.

I had to weed through the bass but was able to sight fish some monster gills. I kept 7 with the smallest measuring 9 1/2". Those fish had some shoulders.

I was wishing I had my kids with.
