Nice lodge... seem like nice owners. We took refuge there two years ago when an unbelievably strong thunderstorm erupted over the lake. It dumped 3" of rain in no time flat. I don't know ablout the cabins. You'll be on the south end of the big lake.

Good Luck!

We have always had nice discussions with your host, Larry.

He's a good guy and good musky guy (check out his huge mount in their lodge). I'm sure you'll do just fine fishing out of Sah-Kah-Tay.

Larry and Virginia will take good care of you.

Most of the cabins have been remodled and added onto.

Larry was a taxidermist for 42 years and did an excellent job, I have some mounts he did for us, wish he still did it.

Plus, resorts would love to have you, now that no one goes to them due to the closing of walleye fishing.

Must of been tough to sit there looking at the lake and not fish! Can't believe it was 60 up there today!? Not what I was hoping for. Didn't hit 50 down by the cities today.

Looking at staying at Thunderbird or Sha Sha resort.  We want to spend some time fishing the Canadian side as well.  How long does it take to get from there to the Canadian Causeway bridge?  I've got a Lund ProV with a 200hp and usually run about half throttle.
