Wolves

5 posts in this topic

Did anybody else see a lot of wolves in the northern part of the state. Our group saw 2 on saturday alone and i heard from other groups that they saw wolves as well. I think that they really affect the way that the deer act and that they are getting way overpopulated. The state should really start to do something about them. Anybody elses thoughts?

I think the wolves are federally protected so the state can't do anything about the population until they are removed from the endangered species list.

Monday morning about 6 am I herd what sounded like 10-12 wolves howling at the moon with in about a 1/2 mile of me and thought that they might accually help move the deer around as they were not movin g that much anyway. never saw any wolves but I seen 7 deer and I dont think the wolves had much do with it anyway.

I had a battery op Repala a few years ago and sold it to someone else at our campground. Didn't like the way they just zipped through without following the fillets and lost a lot of meat. Really suk's on a partly frozen fish!   Mine came with a case.
