Richter Anchors 30% off in Duluth!

Recommended Posts

Northlander

Gander Mountain in Hermantown has all anchors and related supplies at 30% off. This AM they had 2 25#ers but they are now gone. We wound up with a 18# for BD110's boat. The 18#ers are good for boats in the 16' range. The Richter 18# was $37. I also got some very nice rubber coated anchors chains in the 3/8 by I think 4' for $18.50. Great deals so if your in need and in the area hit it. They had about 12 18#ers left and some 14#ers wich would be good for 12-14' boats.

I have a 25# Richter and that baby is awesome for current fishing, it holds my 17' Lund Explorer very well. I could probably get away with a 18# with just a bit more rope out Im sure.

Is there a public access on the lake? I see it is stocked so Im guessing it must be a public lake. Would like to try and fish for lakers through the ice..

I would like to fish walleye and crappies, very new to this as it has been many years since I have ice fished! Using Ice Castle so not as mobile as a person could be with a portable fish house. Appreciate any feedback, Thanks!

works fine for me but I noticed you have to be logged in to see ice fishing section now. If your not logged in you can still see every other forum Maybe @Rick can get it fixed?

Like Kidmoe said. about the humidity. This time of year when the furnace is running a lot houses get really dry, and just like us their skin gets dried out. Also make sure their bed or they are not sleeping in front of or by a heat register.  The warmth feels good but it's not helping.
