Orchard or Crystal Reports?

5 posts in this topic

I want to fish one of them this afternoon (CPR only). Any reports on bass or northern at either lake?

I haven't had the boat out in a long time... smile.gif

I was out on Orchard on Monday. It was the slowest its ever been for me out there. We boated one fish.

It could have been because of the bluebird skys after that big storm that came through Sunday, but that may just be a good excuse grin.gif. All I know is that I got wupped by the fish that evening.

This is not meant to keep you away from the lake, I've had some pretty unbeleivable days out there. Let me know how it goes, maybe those fish are turned back on again. Good Luck!

We were on Orchard for about 3 hours and only managed to catch 1 small bass and a lot of little sunfish.

I'm hoping the snow they are forecasting shows up. Because then it's on for sure.    Put new glass on the light weight .223 so I don't have to carry the heavy target weight gun around. Just not practical where I hunt to have a 300yard gun. A 150yard gun will do just fine.    When you cary a shotgun and a rifle on almost every stand a few extra pounds can add up in a hurry.    Good luck tonight moose

Twin is pretty deep. One of the last to freeze over in most years.    I wasnt home yesterday evening to see if any more kids went through the ice.    I will did the spud out and see how thick  it is by shore tomorrow.

We wait until the snowmobile club stakes the trail before going through the narrows.
