Sunday's Showdown

5 posts in this topic

My buddy and I went out and had a good night of action of DA RIVER. Ened up with 191/2 the biggest and we had an 18 and some 15-17 as well. Mangaged a few northerns and one catfish all on top water. Bugs were bad! Will send photos upon request.

You caught a cat on topwater? Cool!

Hey EBass are you going up to Babe and Al's in Rhinelander if you can't bring your boat? I don't understand why they have a problem with bringing a boat they have enough room for a trailer.

Yup I'm going. Mom said Al got a new motor - but it'll prolly still suck and yes they have plenty of room. Oh well, it'll be the last time.

It looks like a great ride. Looks a lot more stable than a kayak is well. If you headed over to Little Elk Lake and you should find the gills and crappies in the boat channels.

Check out my ride for the early season back water.  Took it out Saturday for a spin and a few casts.  Need some warmer Temps and the sheet of ice to move were I intended to go.
