Good Predator hunting

I am thinking of trying a little Coyote and fox hunting this winter. Where is a good place to start in MN. I live in the metro area. I would think Public land would be good. But what parts of the state seem to hold the highest numbers.

I'd recommend some agricultural areas along a river system. Stop and knock on some doors, most will let you predator hunt in the winter. We get begged over here to shoot the critters.
