How am I doing?

Just out of curiosity......I've been out to Tonka 4 times targeting walleyes. In 4 early morning trips (about 4 hours each) I've iced a total of 3 small eyes. That's an average of 0.75 walleyes per trip, or 1 walleye every 5.33 hours on the ice. I know people claim Tonka eyes are a bit slow this winter so far, but is anyone else having the luck that I am???

I am not surprised how you are doing, Tonka Walleyes are not the easiest to catch. One thing you may want to focus on is that the Walleye bite if you are lucky is about an hour sometimes 4-5 minutes right after sundown. I am assuming this is the same in the morning but I am not much for getting up early. I have caught a lot of 9-11" Walleyes out there and the spots I have cought them I rarely will get a larger one.
