4 posts in this topic

Hey Mark, don't know if you remember, when we met in the pike hole last june, you said you had a map and would mark a few spots for us to try in Kitchi next June. If you remember ok, and if not, that's ok to. ffishman

Mark,

I was expecting you to bring a fully marked-up map to our PikeHole get together but since we are trying to meet at Lk Barrington, maybe you can bring it there? I know Gowdy likes to hit Kitchi too.

You do still have the map I gave you I hope.

Yep. I've still got the map. Heard some rumbling about the possible rendezvous at Lake Barrington. I'll keep my ears open about that one. Great opportunity to kill time before the trip and get together and compare maps and other assorted b.s. stories.

Mark

Fished spring park today, tried walleye early with no luck.  Switched to bass and managed to find a few in about 10 feet over weeds.  Caught most of them on a chatterbait

If you can bring your boat to shagawa which is close my friends up there are doing very well on eyes lots of small ones but pletty of eaters. Burntside is a not the easiest walleye lake but it is a night bite. If you like pout you can get some all summer long there. I like to fish near the little finger bays that have mud bottoms.
