Great tip - frog immitations can be real good in the fall for bass! Just another reason why anglers should be aware of patterns like this. Some would never think to use frogs, or whatever other seasonal forage for a given area... A testament to that, late last fall I caught a 19.5'' and it was caughing up small frog parts everywhere.

Jus' doin' muh job best as I kin.

I think it's too early yet for the full-on migration, but it's not far off. I'm gonna experiment with Heddon Torpedoes, and a funky little spinny-thing from Rebel. The kids can't wait to throw their scum-frogs, and I can't wait for it either; harder to hook Dad with.
