March was phenominal for us last year. So I have also heard the end of Feb and March are the best times to go to URL......Will be there next weekend and then the last weekend in March also.....Good Luck!!!!!!!!

I was on red last weekend 1/11. We got out there at 9pm and set up, but didn't catch anything in an hour so we crashed for a couple hours. Started fishing at 4am and couldn't keep the perch and walleyes off the hook. Had to leave at 1pm so I couldn't tell you how the crappies are hitting, but pulling 12 nice walleyes up, and what must have been 60 perch was a ton of fun. A couple more years and we might be able to keep a few.

was wondering what part of Feburary was best for fishing. Beginning or end of feb.
Herd that feb and marchwere the best month.
