Crappie Report

I will be up in the area this weekend chasing ducks, but would like to slip away to catch a few crappies after the hunt. What would be my best best bet as far as location for late afternoon/early evening fishing? Is there a decent enough bite going on to make it worth it? Not looking to limit out, but to catch a few fish per person would be fun. Any suggestions would be greatly aprreciated. Thanks!

If it isn't to windy you should be able to catch a few fish in the cribs.
