clitherall, east and west battle lakes, ottertail

Recommended Posts

We're leaving early in the morning and will be staying on Clitherall through next Friday, June 14. What's the hot bite on Clitherall and the Battles and Ottertail? Interested in walleyes but happy to catch any edible species.

Lindy rigs and leeches, crawlers and shiners have been working for me on ottertail. Carry all three and move around alot using your locator to find pods of fish. Gamefarm hump has been producing. Look in 17 to 25 feet of water along structure edges, if you can find a spot on an edge thats not as steep as the rest of the break chances are theres going to be fish there. Seeing alot of clouds of baitfish on the locator now too, thats an added bonus often walleyes will be nearby.. Good luck and good fishing!! Paul
