Caribou Laker report.

Me and a buddy hit Caribou today, hoping to ice a few laker's. We started out fishing to the right of the access, the sunken islands, and worked our way almost to the east side of the lake. Then we hit the 40' sunken island out in the middle. I had one on, but it got off. It seemed like every hole we cut, we saw perch on the bottom w/ the aid of our vexi's. Oh well, it was a beautiful day on the water.

I was there a couple of wks. ago. We drilled lots of holes. We ended up catching one about 4# and I lost one at the hole when one hook on my treble broke off. It looked like it was around 6#. I saw alot of small fish also on my vex, not much action but fun.
