Maybe I missed it but

If you shot a turkey in the spring can you also shoot a turkey in the fall of the same year in MN?

Yes they are 2 separate seasons. The spring season is for a jake/tom only. In the fall you can shoot anything - poult, hen, jake, tom... In the fall you can just buy a license over the counter, only one season, usually the month of October... A lot of deer bow hunters by a tag just in case a turkey wanders by....

That's what I planned on doing while I bow hunted but wasn't sure since I got one in spring if I could get another. Thanks
