Cities Night Fishing Spots - Catfish?

Anyone willing to share a night fishing spot along one of the rivers that's open past 10 p.m.?  I've fished a few of the parks before but I believe most/all close at 10 p.m.  While I haven't had any trouble in the past, I wouldn't mind a spot where I didn't need to worry about it.

The Wakota bridge access is a good spot.  There's parking outside of the parking lot under the 494 bridge if you want to stay past the closing hours.  You can head south on the walking path and get to a couple of wing dams from shore.  There's lots of rocks and snags close to shore but the main channel is castable with the right set up.  Good luck and let us know how you do!
