Clear lake

has anyone fished that clear lake north of Richmond lately?

 

or for that matter the clear lake down by Watkins>??? its been YEARS since I have been on them. just wondering how they are nowadays!!!!!

Hit the one down by Watkins a couple times this winter. There were a lot of people that fished it this last winter. Got gills and crappies of all different sizes. If your looking for keeper size fish, other area lakes will provide better numbers.

Haven't been on the other one of  in a few yrs. There were good numbers of 6-7in sunfish if I remember right.

Buddy of mine fishes the one north of Richmond a lot. Lots of smaller norts, You'd like them for the pickle jar Glenn.

Clear by Watkins gets hammered so bad in the winter the size structure has gone way down.  Up until a couple years ago it was a great panfish lake!
