Eagle lake

Looking for an ice thickness update for eagle.  Off the rest of the year.  Want to try Eagle for first time but need to use wheeler to pull portable out due to back issues.

I was out on Eagle today with about 9.25 inches of ice out in 18ft. Fishing was kinda slow (Fished 1pm-  4:30pm) when you caught something it was small, Sunfish or small Perch. No keepers at all. My Dad was out too, he caught little ones and 2 keepers. Can't find the Crappies and there is  already too many people out there! 35-40 houses and a 8-10 more fishing outside.

This lake was really good a few years back, word got out and now it's getting hard to find a lot of crappies or even a straggler walleye.
