Fun time up there again. Had to work to get nicer eyes but they were there and had a couple fish fries and brought a few home. Went thru 150 crawlers in 2 1/2 days. :)  Lots of 12 to 13 inchers went back in the lake.  Also found some dandy perch under 6 FOW and little hustler tubes and gulp alive 1 inch smelt on a 1/32 oz head worked very nice. 11 3/4 was my biggest perch. Fun city finding those. Wifey joined us a couple times and had fun reeling in a couple northern.

Nice bunch of fish. We were out there a couple of weeks ago and picked up a few on leeches but it was slow. But we had rain and cold fronts moving through every day so that didn't help. All the lakes we tried were slow that trip.

Man you can be mean. I guess it's a Stearns county thing. Heading up today so I'll see how this trip goes. If it's good I'll let you know if it's not there will be no posts from me. Maybe I'll have to go over by you and clean all the monster sunnies out of there.
