Straight lake has been quite turbid this year - any ideas of the cause?  My neighbor told me a number of years ago that a beaver dam broke upstream because of heavy rain and caused the same issue then.  If that is the cause this year, I thought it would have cleared up by now.  It has been several weeks since heavy rain that I am aware of.

Way too many storms have passed through this summer. I was on Potato a few days ago and although this lake is known to have a greet tint to it, I think it's greener now than it was last year. I also noticed a week and a half ago that Boulder wasn't near as clear as it has been. I'm thinking these heavy rains keep the water messed up for a long time.
