Have you guys been seeing them up shallow yet?  Cannot wait to get up there this weekend and find out, my 8 year old niece has the bass fever as well she asked me what we were going to be going after I told her walleye and threw a fit.

Yeah I'm interested as well on the smallies. Anyone have current water temps? Coming up for annual trip on June 4 and hoping to catch the bronze backs in the shallows.

We have been pounding the Smallies for the last several days in shallow water.  They are hitting a variety of presentations from topwaters to soft plastics and everything in between. Rocks, docks, boulders, reeds, and the shoreline rubble are all producing fish.
