I have a Taurus 44 magnum handgun that I want to either sell or trade in. I am just beginning this process and wondered about the laws. I do not have a carry permit because I hunt with it only right now. My wish is to have a gun as home protection but to also take my permit to carry class and obtain the permit. Does anyone know my options for selling or trading in the Taurus right now? I want to get a 9mm possibly or something a little smaller than this beast! Thanks.

Id sell to someone with a permit to purchase or permit to carry, or trade even for what you want. If ya wanna feel better about it you can do it through any gun dealer with a fee. Look at armslist Minnesota. Just google it. Good site for sure.
