frabrill dawg bone tip up?

these nice & compact. what are the pros & cons of these?

Havent tried the bone dawg tip-up yet. I have one of the Frabill spyder tip ups and i think it is a piece of junk. I also have a cheap polar tip up that i like a lot better. i think one of the cons about the bone dawg would be how light they are and i question the stability.

I have a couple of the Dawg Bones and I like them. Easy to use and adjustable tension so I can use them for perch and trout here, which is a nice feature. I'm sure there are others that are adjustable, but I like how the Bone operates. I can't really think of any cons about them other than a hole cover would be nice when the snow is blowing in the holes. Their smaller profile doesn't do diddly to prevent that.
