Didn't make it out today, Doug left for the Cities today for his last sports show of the season. Just came back from up river and didn't see a boat, cold and windy here today! Heard they were catching a lot of sturgeon and some eyes at four mile bay, got some guys fishing there today so will know more when they get back tonight. Water has gone down a little the last couple days so a 3/8s jig should be fine, have had guys useing up to 3/4, just depends on what you're comfortable with. I'll se what I can do to get the fish biting by Friday!

Don't know where the rumor is from about 4-Mile, but we were there, and didn't see an 'eye hit a boat. Spoke with the DNR who said they had seen one walleye all day, up river, and it was a 12" fish. We did boat some sturgeon, biggest was 50".

Should be shortly unless you count the chevy and ford holes that are out there.
