I am knew around here and will be getting my boat down here around the 17th of may how is late may early june fishing around the metro for anything.

Some of the best fishing of the yeaer. Walleye & Northern open the week prior, Crappies are hitting, and Bass opener for the Southern part of the state is a week or so off. Mid-late May thru Mid-June is some of the best fishing of the year.\WEelcome to the area and good luck!

That should be a great time for mutli-species in the Metro. Water will be nice and warm and the fish will be active. Feel free to ask any more questions about fishing the Metro, and welcome to Fishing Minnesota!
