Where is the best place to buy bait if I am coming up to the Rainy from the Virginia area. I am trying to avoid driving all the way to Baudette and then back to the Birchdale landing?

Sportsmans headquarters...or something like that in IFalls. head into town on 53. Stop at the holiday and look to the south of the holiday. Its tucked back into the corner but nice place.

I am usually very impressed with the bait quality there( biggest leeches around) but picked up rainbows there on Friday and they were quite small.

A guest brought some in from down south and they were 2 -3 times bigger, which is better, in the bait catagory anyhow.
