summer hike/fish/camp opportunites?

This summer or fall was thinking of doing a solo hike,fish and camping trip. Was looking at the Pow Wow or the Kekekabic trail.

Does one or the other have better quality lakes or fishing opportunites from shore?? Or open to suggestions on others in ely area.

I am kind of looking for the same thing...probably less focused on the hiking and more on the fishing... and not a solo trip but with a group of 2-3 couples.

We did the souix hustler trail off the echo years ago and fishing was good. Otherwise superior hiking trail can be nice and you can trout fish along the way or walk down to superior and fish the river mouths.
